Recommendation from the Community Engagement Task Force:

Fund a program so that faculty, staff, and students can apply for mini-grants to build collaboration with Gustavus and an outside entity.

Additional explanation:

Collaborations are a key to the College’s future. The College should create a culture of fostering and nurturing collaborations. This would require campus leaders to be more accessible to students, faculty and community members.

This recommendation was placed in the Partnerships and Collaborations Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Fund a program of mini-grants to build collaboration with the Gustavus community and an outside entity.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 2 and is being monitored by the Dean of Students and Vice President for Student Affairs.
