Recommendation from the Stewardship Task Force:

Create an ad hoc committee to review the philosophy, selection criteria, selection process, and recognition ceremony for administrator and staff recognition awards to ensure they are aligned with the College’s mission, values, and intended purpose.

This recommendation was placed in the Personal Growth and Development Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Create an ad hoc committee to review the philosophy, selection criteria/process, and recognition ceremony for administrator and staff awards recognizing years of service and retirement to ensure they are aligned with the College’s mission, values, and intended purpose.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 3 and is being monitored by the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer.
