Recommendation from the Student Life Task Force:

Develop and implement a robust professional leadership development program for staff, administrators, and faculty of the College to equip them to work more effectively as mentors, advisors, teachers, and role models for students.

This recommendation was placed in the Personal Growth and Development Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Implement a robust professional leadership development program for employees to equip them to work more effectively as mentors and teachers for students and to advance the exploration and practice of core leadership capacities.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 2 and is being monitored by the Provost and Dean of the College.
