Recommendation from the Interdisciplinary Programs Task Force:

Increase the international student enrollment to 10% of the student body. 

Additional explanation:

Half of those international students will be drawn from the developing world to encourage the realization of the College’s mission “affirm[action of] the dignity of all people” and the creation of a “…just and peaceful world,”. This would involve a substantial increase in financial aid dedicated for this purpose.

This recommendation was placed in the Cultural Perspectives Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Increase the recruitment and retention of international students to 10% of the student body.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 2 and is being monitored by the Vice President for Enrollment Management.
