Recommendation from the Interdisciplinary Programs Task Force:

Create permanent funding for the Center for Vocational Reflection to support programming and staff.

Additional explanation:

Gustavus made a commitment to the original funder, the Lilly Endowment that the College would ultimately provide sustaining funds for the vocation initiative.

This recommendation was placed in the Tangible Resources Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Secure permanent funding for the Center for Vocational Reflection to ensure the long-term viability of the vocation initiative.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 2 and is being monitored by the Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
