Develop, advance, and implement a co-curricular leadership development initiatives.

Additional explanation:

This effort should include leadership program support, training for staff and advisors of student organizations, and the implementation of adventure and expedition components of experiential leadership education.

This recommendation was placed in the Quality-Enhancing and Innovative Initiatives Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Infuse leadership development through the College experience beyond the curriculum, capitalizing on strong existing practices and providing resources to establish new programs and standards.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 1 and is being monitored by the Dean of Students and Vice President for Student Affairs.
