Provide competitive support based on an agreed-upon peer group for relocation expenses, start-up costs for new faculty, and spousal support as necessary.
This recommendation was placed in the Tangible Resources Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:
Show annual progress in faculty salaries, reaching and maintaining the top quintile of the established peer group; provide competitive relocation expenses, start-up costs for new faculty, and spousal support; and explore the feasibility of an incentive plan to reward faculty, staff, and administrators for superior performance.
This recommendation was placed is Tier 2 and is being monitored by the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer.
