Recommendation from the Stewardship Task Force:

Implement an effective and on-going orientation for administrators and staff.

Additional explanation:

Orientation should include job skills, college history, traditions, Gustavus culture, value of liberal arts, faith/church relatedness, on-going advancement, and personal growth opportunities.

This recommendation was placed in the Personal Growth and Development Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Implement an ongoing orientation for administrators and staff.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 1 and is being monitored by the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer.
