Review of Facilities Renewal Plan Posted on October 9th, 2009 by

Recommendation from the Facilities and Finances Task Force:

Review the facilities renewal plan and refreshment and maintenance cycle bench marks every five year to make appropriate adjustments.

This recommendation was placed in the Tangible Resources Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Fund a comprehensive facilities renewal plan that addresses the 30 major buildings, recognizing that facilities have an estimated life of 40 years.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 2 and is being monitored by the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer.
