Recommendation from the Stewardship Task Force:

Create a staffing, financial, and volunteer management model to sustain mutually beneficial Gustavus “Friends of the …” groups (e.g., Gustavus Library Associate, Friends of the Arboretum, Friends of Music).

This recommendation was placed in the Lifelong Engagement Strategic Framework Substantive Category using the language:

Create a staffing, financial, and volunteer management model to sustain mutually beneficial Gustavus “Friends of the …” and shared interested groups.

This recommendation was placed is Tier 2 and is being monitored by the Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
